Description: 
I have installed the passot binary version 2009-254 in my debian box by using debian tools alien and aptitude recently. When I used human2epoch to convert date string, I found the results are not right. The difference between human2epoch results and real things is 50400s, i.e. 14 hours. I'm not sure if this is a bug or other reasons for human2epoch.
